1. General Policy

At Pushtak Bhawan, we value your satisfaction. While we deal primarily in books (which are typically non-returnable), we do accept returns and offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

A return or replacement will be accepted only if:

  • The book received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong book was delivered (title/edition mismatch)

  • The product is missing pages or misprinted

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect order by the customer.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@pushtakbhawan.com or WhatsApp/call at 074994 47111

  2. Provide your Order ID, clear photos of the issue, and a short description

  3. Our team will verify and guide you with the return steps

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup OR share the return address

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may need to self-ship the item (costs will be reimbursed in approved cases)

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed if:

  • The return is validated by our team

  • The book cannot be replaced or is out of stock

  • A payment failure occurs during the transaction

Refund timeline:

  • UPI/Wallet/Cards: 5–7 working days

  • Bank Transfer: 7–10 working days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled

  • If the payment was made and the order is canceled in time, a full refund will be issued

7. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for:

  • Books damaged after delivery

  • Used, marked, or written-in books

  • eBooks / digital products

  • Magazines, subscriptions, or combos

  • Discounted or clearance sale books (unless defective)
